The Carriage House is situated on the waterfront of Kerikeri Inlet and on a horse breeding farm. Moreover, it also has a countryside atmosphere, scenic views, and hospitable staffs that are always happy to serve our guests.

We maintain a smoking free place which makes it more ideal for families with children. We have 2 bedrooms self-contained farm stay accommodation equipped with complete kitchen equipment, spacious dining room, study room, and bathroom. Laundry services are also available for the guests to use. High-speed internet connection is also available.
We also offer comfortable cottages with stunning views at a very affordable price. The rates range from $250-$350 during peak seasons while $160-$260 during the low seasons. You may also choose to avail our promos such as the special weekly rate. This promo will let you pay for a 6-night rate for 7 nights of stay. Other fun activities
The guests may enjoy watching our Grazing Shire horses in the paddocks. You may also choose to ride our vintage horse-drawn vehicles. At the end of our garden, there is a jetty for the kayak. Or you may just enjoy the magnificent views of yachts in the Bay of Islands.
